How to find your IMEI

An IMEI is a unique 15-digit number for your phone. IMEI services need it exactly right — a wrong digit means the order is processed for a different device.

Fastest way

Open the phone app and dial *#06#. The IMEI appears on screen. Phones with two SIM slots show two numbers; use the one your service asks for (usually IMEI 1).

Other places

• iPhone: Settings → General → About.
• Android: Settings → About phone → Status.
• The SIM tray or the back of the phone, and the original box.

Before you order

• Copy the digits carefully; our checkout rejects numbers that fail the standard IMEI check.
