Delivery Policy

Every listing shows its expected delivery time before you buy — Instant, 1-30 Minutes, 1-6 Hours, or 1-24 Hours. These are estimates, not guarantees, and here's what actually determines them:

Automatic services

Some services are delivered automatically the moment payment clears — no admin involved. Tool rentals issue your login the instant your unit is claimed; automated unlock and activation orders are sent straight to our supplier and usually complete within the listed window.

Manually processed services

Where a service needs a person to process it, delivery can take longer than the estimate, especially outside support hours or during high demand. You'll see the order move to "In Process" once someone has picked it up.

If something goes wrong

If a service can't be delivered due to an error on our end, it's refunded automatically to your wallet — see our Refund & Return Policy. You'll always be notified by email and on your account's Orders page when an order completes or fails.
