1. Service Delivery

Delivery times shown on each listing are estimates based on supplier processing times, not guarantees. Instant services may occasionally require manual review.

2. Refunds

Orders that fail to deliver due to an error on our end are refunded in full to your account wallet. Orders submitted with incorrect IMEI, model, or account details are not eligible for refund.

3. Firmware & Files

Firmware, EFT files, and schematics are licensed for use on devices you own or are contracted to repair. Redistribution outside your organization is prohibited.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted with each order, including IMEI numbers and device details.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
