Reseller Terms

These terms apply on top of our Terms of Service to anyone approved as a reseller on Polido1. Questions? Write to burncat089@gmail.com.

1. Approval

Reseller status is by approval only. We may approve, decline, change or end anyone's reseller status at our discretion, and we may pause the whole reseller program at any time.

2. Wholesale prices

  • Your group gives you a discount off our normal prices. A group can also have different discounts for different kinds of service, and fixed prices for individual services.
  • We never sell below our own cost, so a wholesale price may be higher than a percentage alone would suggest.
  • Prices can change. The price you are charged is the price shown to you when you place the order.
  • Library subscription plans and free items are not discounted.

3. Your wallet

Orders are paid from your prepaid wallet at the moment you place them. If we reject or cancel an order, the amount is returned to your wallet. Top up before you order; an order that your wallet can't cover is refused.

4. Using the API

  • API keys are personal to you. Keep them secret, never publish them, and revoke a key straight away if it may have leaked.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your keys.
  • We limit how fast you can call the API. Repeated attempts to get around a limit may lead to suspension.
  • You can restrict a key to particular IP addresses and make a key read-only. We recommend both.
  • Use the Idempotency-Key header when placing orders so a retry can never charge you twice.

5. Your customers

You deal with your own customers and are responsible for supporting them and for making sure what you sell them is lawful. Send accurate details (for example the right IMEI): an order placed with wrong details is your responsibility, subject to our refund policy.

6. Not allowed

  • Ordering for devices you know to be stolen or blacklisted.
  • Sharing your keys or letting someone else use your reseller account.
  • Interfering with the platform or trying to reach data that isn't yours.
  • Misleading people about who you are or about what we offer.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or remove a reseller, revoke keys and pause the API if these terms are broken or we see abuse. Any balance left in your wallet is handled under our normal wallet and refund rules.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use reseller pricing or the API after a change means you accept it.
