Firmware, files and programs

Firmware, files and programs are delivered in one of two ways, shown on the product page:

• Instant: the download link appears on the order page (and by email) as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• Manual: a member of our team hands it over personally — often for password-protected files that need to be extracted for you over a remote session. The order stays in the queue until they do.

Free programs need no payment: open the page and use the link.

Download links point to the file provider's own site, which is why we can't guarantee their speed. If a link is broken, tell us and we'll fix it.
